If you have a player who has applied or is interested in playing for FCA Summer Collegiate Baseball in either the MINK League or the NYCBL, please click on the appropriate player evaluation form below.  For players interested in the FCA Grays and the MINK League or for players that have no preference between the two teams, choose the Grays Evaluation Form.  All players interested in the Niagara Power and the NYCBL, choose the Power Evaluation Form.
