Welcome To The FCA Youth Baseball Site
FCA Youth Baseball is a division of FCA Baseball, a newly formed sport-specific ministry of The Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Our target audience is the 18 & Under baseball player, the coaches who influence those players, the parents who provide various baseball opportunities for their children, and potentially many others involved in youth baseball.
We are excited about all the possibilities with FCA Baseball, including our strategies to impact the youth baseball world. By God's grace and direction, we believe that players, coaches & parents will be blessed by the programs, activities, events and resources that FCA Baseball is in the process of assembling.
Be patient with us as we develop our FCA Youth Baseball program and website. It's been very difficult managing our website during the past year, but hopefully this will change in the coming months, so keep checking back on a regular basis and see the growth of our ministry.
In December 2005 we launched our FCA Baseball National Network. We weren't exactly sure how it would take off. Without promoting it very much, other than posting information on our website and casually talking with a few people, the National Network has grown to over 45 Teams and nearly 100 Individual Player Members who have signed up for an FCA Baseball National Network Player Member Kit. Praise God!
It is our prayer that in the near future we will convert our National Network into a National Baseball Association, calling it the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Baseball Association (FCABA).
We are praying that teams all over the U.S. in various age groups will register as FCABA Members to be eligible for FCABA Regional and National Tournaments, qualifying for an FCABA World Series to be held at our future FCA Youth Baseball Headquarters in Memphis, TN (First Tennessee Fields/Game Day Sports Complex).
