- Owned and Operated the Cincinnati FCA Baseball & Softball Training Academy, providing individual, small group and team hitting, pitching, fielding and baserunning instruction and training (2004-2008)
- Coached the FCA Baseball 12U-18U Astros in the Southwest Ohio Select Baseball League
- 20+ years of coaching and instructional experience with recreational, semi-competitive and highly competitive baseball teams (tee ball to college-age athletes)
- 15+ years experience as a Dad/Coach
- Currently serves as The Fellowship of Christian Athletes "National Youth Baseball Director" (since 2003)
- Created the FCA Baseball National Network in 2004
- Developing the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Baseball Association (FCABA)
- Developing FCA Baseball Total Athlete, Coach, and Parent Programs that combine serious baseball training, coaching and competition with Biblical-based character and leadership development, while prioritizing fun and a passion for the game, preparing athletes to play at the highest level they are capable of playing and striving for excellence in all they do.
