FCA Baseball Coaches' Ministry At the heart of FCA are coaches. Our role is to minister to baseball coaches by encouraging and equipping them to know and serve Christ through the sport of baseball. FCA Baseball ministers to coaches by getting them connected to FCA Baseball Events around the country, local area FCA staff and Bible studies, prayer support, discipleship and mentoring programs, resources, and national and local baseball convention.
FCA Baseball also desires to see coaches have strong families. Coaches wives can sign up for the Behind the Bench program to recieve encouragement and a challenge to strengthen their relationship with Christ. This program is a resource that will help wives in dealing with the pressures families face that are unique to the coaching profession.
