Sixty Six years ago Jackie Robinson broke the color barrier in baseball by playing in his first game as a Brooklyn Dodger. In honor of Jackie Robinson’s courage and life all Major League baseball players wore the number 42, Robinson’s old number.

  • Josh Rebandt: Appointed Head Coach of the 2013 Niagara Power FCA Team

    Josh Rebandt will be the Head Coach for the Niagara Power Summer Collegiate Baseball Team this summer. This will be his fourth season in Niagara Falls. Josh pitched for the Power in his first two seasons and he coached the pitchers last year when Niagara won the New York Collegiate Baseball League’s Western Division, falling to the Eastern Division champions in the last game of the Championship Series.

  • Niagara Power Charging Up For 2013 Season

    It’s that time of year again. The winter sports seasons are coming to a crescendo and the boys of summer are itching to get onto the field. The Niagara Power season is played the end of May through the end of July.
